Standard service for any subscriber includes:
Monthly, scheduled maintenance inspection of the elevator
Scheduled elevator maintenance involves inspecting the basic safety system, elevator shaft and adjusting the mechanism, to minimize the possibility of elevator damage. The integrity of the security stickers is checked. The act on the performed works is being filled out and monitoring is underway.
24/7 Hotline – Call 16 000
There is a special number 16000 to connect with “Tbilisi Lift”. Calls from any telephone operator are free of charge.
For convenient service, the incoming call service fee is covered by the company, so that even in case of zero balance, the citizen can connect hotline.
16 000 connects the customer with the hotline operator 24/7 to provide services to existing customers in case of elevator damage, passenger evacuation and other similar situations.
Technical team response time – no later than 2 hours
Before the technical team arrives, the incoming information is processed and the threat is assessed. If necessary, the customer is given an instruction of action. The processed information is passed to the technical group, which goes to the facility already prepared.
Passenger evacuation time – maximum 30 minutes
In case of passengers stuck in the elevator, the technical team goes to the address within 30 minutes after received information on the hotline.
If necessary, the hotline operator stays online and gives relevant instructions to the citizen who called, or the passenger who is in the elevator car, to avoid arbitrary exit from the elevator, or other actions that endanger human health.
Replacement-upgrade of primary parts
The company pursues a loyal policy with existing customers. If necessary, ensures the correction of urgent defects at its own expense.
